Here we are!! We are very proud to announce the first National Weelchair Basketball Tournament that will be held in Bari at PalaCarrassi on 23th june.
Boys Taranto, Crazy Ghost Pontecagnano and Lupiae Lecce are ready for a triangular wheelchair basketball match that will give us so many emotions and will demonstrate to us, once again, how inclusive sport is and how capable it is of eliminating all physical and mental too barriers.
This amazing event is one of the activities of FORTHE, a very important project that promotes the importance of equal access and participation for individuals with disabilities and tries to merge 4 crucial elements: youth, disabilities/social inclusion, climate action and urban sports, specifically 3×3 basketball.
Aps Asd Margherita Sport e Vita, a lot of years ago has organized important Basketball Tournament at regional and National level,and with this first event ever it desires to rebuild a strong tradition from Weelchairs Basketball 3vs3 thanks at strategic collaboration of PalaCarrassi, maybe in the years as the main National 3vs3 Weelchair Basketball Tournament in Italy!
